An established company is recruiting for the following position. About the job - We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, handling communications, and providing strategic administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership. - Oversee office administration and ensure efficient workflow. - Assist with project coordination, event planning, and donor engagement. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Support fundraising and partnership initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, law, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure. - Passion for entrepreneurship and social impact in Africa. - Experience working in an NGO or international organization is a plus.
