Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - Kaiglo is a fast-growing e-commerce platform connecting customers to quality products with ease. We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Telesales Executive to engage customers, drive sales, and support our growth objectives.  Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound and inbound sales calls to customers to promote Kaiglo products and offers - Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales - Follow up on abandoned carts, pending orders, and repeat customers - Accurately record customer interactions, orders, and feedback on the system - Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively - Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment - Meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets Required Skills & Experience - Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline - Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or e-commerce sales (preferred) - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to close sales - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools - Ability to work independently and within a team - Resides in or around Ikeja, Lagos (strong advantage)
