Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Guest Experience: Greeting guests, handling complaints and requests, ensuring high service standards, and managing VIP arrivals. - Operations Management: Overseeing daily hotel functions, coordinating departmental activities (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B), and ensuring smooth service. - Staff Supervision: Managing shifts, training, motivating, and providing guidance to staff, stepping in where needed, and handling disciplinary issues. - Security & Safety:Implementing and enforcing security protocols, managing emergencies, and monitoring health & safety standards. - Financial & Administrative: Handling reports, checklists, and administrative tasks for the shift. - Problem Solving: Acting as the point person for issues, from technical glitches to major crises, and implementing service recovery.
