Deputy Head, Human Capital Management

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head of HCM to partner leadership, strengthen talent strategy, and drive workforce excellence across the Group. YOU SHOULD HAVE: - 10—12 years' HR experience in financial services - Strong exposure to performance management, talent strategy, and employee engagement - Recognised professional certification (CIPM / SHRM / PHRi)
