An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high service standards - Provide accurate information about company products and services - Document customer interactions and update records accordingly - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Follow company policies, procedures, and service guidelines - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times. Requirements: - Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline - Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is an advantage - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good listening and problem-solving abilities - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Customer-oriented and team-focused mindset.
