## Title: Customer Service Officer – Retail Mega Store

Role Overview

Mopheth Group is seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our retail mega store team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and support day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, or through digital channels
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure customers enjoy a smooth and seamless shopping experience
  • Process returns, exchanges, and assist with product information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports
  • Support checkout operations when needed and ensure proper queuing management
  • Work closely with store teams to coordinate customer needs
  • Uphold company service standards and contribute to overall store performance

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant field
  • 0–3 years of customer service or front-desk experience, preferably in retail or FMCG environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside around VI or Lekki for easy commute

Remuneration

  • N100,000 – N150,000 (0–2 years experience)
  • N150,000 – N200,000 (2–3 years experience)
