## Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and continuously improve the organization's compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes. This role supports fair, competitive, and compliant reward outcomes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights. You will support performance management processes to ensure strong alignment between pay, performance outcomes, and organizational objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve compensation structures and reward frameworks to attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees
  • Oversee payroll operations ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of employee salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory payments
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness and fairness
  • Perform detailed compensation analysis, including pay equity reviews, merit increase modeling, and cost impact analysis
  • Manage bi-annual salary review cycles, bonuses, allowances, and other variable pay programs
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, leave allowances, pensions, and 13th month payments
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and insights for HR leadership and management

Secondary Responsibilities

Performance Management Support

  • Support the design and administration of performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Use performance outcomes to support fair and data-driven compensation decisions, including merit increases, bonuses, and rewards
