About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Client Relations Officer at Pem Security Guard Network Limited, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels
• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to familiarize them with our services
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their evolving needs and service requirements
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and outcomes for reporting and review purposes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in client relations or a customer service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of security industry standards and practices
