Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing proposals, tenders, and sales presentations to support new business acquisition.
- Identify and generate leads through research, outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and provide end-to-end support in the business development process.
- Track and report on key performance metrics using our CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights to inform strategy and improve service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and clinical teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
Who You Are
- A graduate with at least 2 – 3 years of experiencein business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in Fertility, healthcare, wellness, or a related service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail.
- Empathetic and discreet, with a genuine interest in supporting people on their fertility journey.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively with sound artistic excellence
- High interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style
- Understanding of the sales environment and the disruptive opportunities being created
- Digitally savvy with a proficiency in the use of MS Office productivity tools
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be confident to develop a framework and write proposals, tenders and agreements
- Ability to proactively identify communications opportunities and develop supporting programs
- Result-driven and innovative.
