Business Development Manager – Industrial Catering

Position Overview: - Identify and convert new business opportunities within oil & gas, marine, and industrial sectors. - Maintain and expand relationships with decision makers in operating companies and service firms. - Lead tender identification, bid strategy, costing inputs, and proposal development. - Work with Operations, QHSE, Finance, and Supply Chain to produce competitive and compliant bids. - Support contract negotiations and renewals. - Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and client expectations. - Represent HCue at industry events and networking platforms. - Deliver revenue and margin targets. Requirements: - B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Strong background in industrial catering or remote site services with atleast 3 years in managerial or supervisory role. - Demonstrable contacts within oil & gas / marine clients. - Proven record of winning medium to large service contracts. - Excellent commercial numeracy and pricing understanding. - High proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and digital systems. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Confident negotiator with influencing ability. - Good understanding of ISO standards, audits, and compliance requirements. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a structured organization.
