## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Toptech Engineering Limited seeks a dedicated Business Development Manager to develop strategic plans that establish our brand presence and set short-term and long-term goals to achieve higher profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative departments
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
  • Achieve monthly set targets and monitor team performance
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals to ensure accountability
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Develop new sales techniques and strategies
  • Supervise all team members to ensure achievement of individual targets
  • Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in Business Development
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
