Sales & Business Growth - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets. - Acquiring new customers across retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors. - Develop distributor networks and manage performance for assigned territories. - Identify and close high-volume sales opportunities. Market Development & Intelligence - Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on pricing, competition, and customer preferences. - Recommend improvements in packaging, pricing, and promotions. - Prepare weekly and monthly sales/market performance reports. Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. - Handle customer issues promptly and improve satisfaction levels. - Develop customer retention and upselling strategies. Brand Visibility & Promotions - Support brand activations, sampling campaigns, and visibility drives. - Ensure product placement standards in retail outlets. Operational Support - Coordinate with production on demand forecasting and inventory needs. - Work with logistics to reduce delivery delays and optimize distribution routes. - Ensure compliance with startup operational processes and industry standards.
