## Title: Business Development Manager - Solar & Energy Storage

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and market expansion in the solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) space. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales efforts and meet revenue targets
  • Build strategic relationships with EPCs, developers, and government agencies
  • Identify market opportunities and lead expansion initiatives
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing Business Development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the solar industry
  • Strong experience in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, EPC partnerships, and government energy projects
  • Established industry network and proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
