A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - The Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Develop and implement business development strategies. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Prepare and present business proposals and pitches. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. - Track and report on business development activities and results. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields - Minimum of 3 years’ experience - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. - Analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
