A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. - Lead, mentor, and supervise business development executives. - Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team. - Identify new markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities. - Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. - Lead high-value negotiations and contract closures. - Build strategic partnerships and alliances to support business expansion. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions. - Prepare business proposals, forecasts, and growth plans for management. - Monitor industry trends and recommend new products or service offerings. - Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams. - Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. - Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage. - 5–8 years experience in business development or sales, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
