About the Role
You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company's growth. This is a hands-on role for a sales hunter who thrives on the front lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry
- Market Expertise: Become an expert on our services and market to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field from a top private university in Nigeria or a recognized university abroad
- Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive individual with high level of resilience and initiative
- Sales and business development enthusiasm with ability to learn
