## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through client engagement, market research, and networking
  • Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Support the preparation of bids and tenders in collaboration with the Business Development team
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and excellent service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, satisfaction checks, and proactive support
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to address client needs, manage receivables, and support rate or contract reviews
  • Conduct periodic service and performance reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Contribute to brand visibility through social media updates, newsletters, and public relations activities
  • Recommend recognition for outstanding personnel and assist with corporate gift distribution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 monthly
