Beach and Lounge Manager at King Fisher Africa Limited

About the Role

King Fisher Africa Limited is seeking a qualified Beach and Lounge Manager to oversee operations at our Satellite, Lagos location. You will be responsible for managing beach programs, staff, and facilities while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the beach program and staff to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Prevent accidents through enforcement of policies, rules, regulations, and ordinances governing conduct at the beach; enforce order and discipline
• Conduct daily inspections of beach, beach house, park, slides, and other facilities
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas
• Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
• Foster mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
• Create effective schedules and resolve conflicts promptly to ensure the bar is well-staffed during peak hours
• Plan and participate in promotional events

Requirements

• HND/BSc or equivalent degree
• 2–3 years of work experience
• Restaurant, beach, and lounge management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles
• Excellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside in or around Satellite, Abule-Ado, Volks, and environs
