## Title: Area Sales Manager - Lagos
Role Overview
Our client in the Agricultural sector seeks an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to unlock business opportunities within a designated coverage area. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales orders and exceeding sales targets while building a strong customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and increase market reach within the designated coverage area
- Generate sales orders from both existing and new customers
- Convert inquiries and prospects into confirmed sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and quality after-sales service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Design and implement sales campaigns (with support from the marketing team) to drive client acquisition
- Monitor competitor activities in the market and submit intelligent reports
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports to management
- Provide weekly sales pipeline reports to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of the feed mill industry and market
- Good understanding of the designated terrain

- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work under minimal supervision

Compensation
N120,000 basic pay plus N280,000 float
