This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. - We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Executives, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area - Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners - Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports - Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills - Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage
