Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Responsibilities - Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multiple unit managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and business growth. - Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand life insurance sales across all managed units. - Recruit, train, and mentor unit managers, ensuring their teams are motivated and equipped to meet performance goals. - Monitor and evaluate unit performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Ensure all units comply with relevant insurance laws, NAICOM regulations, and company policies. - Facilitate communication and coordination between units and other departments such as marketing, underwriting, and customer service. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new business opportunities. - Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. - Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous professional development among all units. - Resolve escalated client issues and agent disputes promptly and effectively.
