## Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This role is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day functions across the organization and supporting various departments to enhance overall effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and messages)
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
  • Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and basic employee coordination
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and engagements
  • Respond to staff and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and well-maintained
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4–6 years proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Residence on the Island preferred for proximity purposes
