Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - Scheduling & Coordination:Arrange meetings, manage calendars, book conference rooms, and coordinate company-wide communications (memos, emails). - Record & Document Management:Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and proper storage. - Financial Support:Process invoices, track expenses, manage budgets, and assist with financial documentation. - Administrative Support:Provide support to staff and executives, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing visitor inquiries. - Human Resources: May assist with personnel matters like record-keeping, payroll, onboarding, or coordinating training. - Logistics: Coordinate travel, organize events, and manage relationships with vendors. - Office Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks, maintain a professional environment, and ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.
