A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and functional. - Serving as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating schedules, travel, and meetings for the consulting team. - Handling correspondence, managing documentation, and maintaining databases, files, and reports. - Managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts for services, and coordinating repairs for office equipment. - Assisting with recruitment, staff onboarding, and organizing team briefings or training sessions. - Assisting with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and ensuring accurate expense reporting.
