This role requires an individual who is eloquent, confident, and operationally effective, serving as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the school's front desk and receive visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle in-person, telephone, and email communications
  • Coordinate office activities and provide basic administrative support
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and school-related activities
  • Manage documentation, records, and correspondence
  • Support school management and day-to-day operations
  • Ensure a welcoming, orderly, and efficient front office environment

Required Competencies

  • Well-spoken, courteous, and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Confident and presentable in a front-facing role
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a busy school environment

Experience & Requirements

  • Prior front desk or administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a school or similar professional environment is an advantage
