## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. As an Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Make travel and meeting arrangements
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
- Support office operations using MS Excel and other office equipment
- Organize and prioritize work efficiently
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School diploma (additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus)
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant, and familiarity within our industry.
