Position Overview: - The Administrative Assistant will provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. - The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Major Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office. - Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents as required. - Maintain and update records and documentation. - Manage correspondence, calls, and internal communications professionally. - Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments. - Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events. - Monitor office supplies and ensure proper inventory management. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requiremnts - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship or NYSC experience are encouraged to apply.
