## Title: Admin & Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Property Management
- Provide direct facilities management services to assigned properties
- Serve as the principal point of contact for occupiers regarding day-to-day building operations and guidance
- Liaise regularly with building occupiers on all facility-related matters
- Coordinate with service providers on occupier concerns affecting property use
- Ensure reactive maintenance and day-to-day service requirements are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting agreed standards
- Oversee procurement of all supplies and services to maintain the highest standards at competitive prices
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cooling, ventilating, mechanical, and electrical equipment in each building
- Develop and implement disaster planning procedures covering all emergency scenarios
- Organize and coordinate fire evacuation and bomb drill procedures
- Establish and maintain proper records in accordance with best practice standards
- Operate according to established procedures for out-of-hours coverage and emergency situations
Working Arrangements
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required for extended working hours and weekend work when necessary
- Willingness to undertake local and international travel on short notice
