Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilties
Accountability & Community Engagement:
- Establish and manage multiple community feedback and complaint mechanisms (CFMs), including helpdesks, suggestion boxes, hotlines, and community meetings.
- Ensure feedback mechanisms are accessible to women, children, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
- Promote community participation in project design, implementation, and review processes.
Feedback Management & Response:
- Receive, document, analyze, and track community feedback and complaints in a confidential and timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure appropriate response, referral, and closure of feedback cases.
- Produce regular analysis reports on feedback trends and programmatic implications.
Integration with Protection & Safeguarding:
- Ensure safe referral pathways for sensitive complaints, including PSEAH, GBV, and child protection cases.
- Work closely with the PSEA Focal Point, Protection, and MEAL teams to strengthen survivor-centered responses.
- Support integration of AAP into protection monitoring and risk analysis.
Capacity Building & Compliance:
- Train staff and community focal points on AAP principles, complaint handling, and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with NHF AAP requirements, Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), and AISVIP accountability policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 10 years experience.
