## Title: Account Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Relationship Manager to join our expanding team at Awesome Microfinance Bank in Abuja. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage client accounts and analyze financial needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience with a track record of business development
  • Financial analysis skills and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency with account management tools and CRM platforms
  • Understanding of banking products, services, and modern financial technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the microfinance or banking sector is an advantage
