About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Relationship Manager to join our expanding team at Awesome Microfinance Bank in Abuja. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in relationship management and customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience with a track record of business development
- Financial analysis skills and ability to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency with account management tools and CRM platforms
- Understanding of banking products, services, and modern financial technologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets with minimal supervision
- Experience in the microfinance or banking sector is an advantage
