Desirable - Residency near the school's location, or a willingness to relocate, to reduce transportation expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for Accounting. - Ensure lessons cater to the varying needs and abilities of students. - Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students. - Deliver high-quality instruction in Accounting. - Use a variety of teaching methods, including E-lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. - Integrate technology and innovative teaching tools to enhance learning experiences. - Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students. - Maintain accurate and complete records of student performance. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. - Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment. - Address student behavior and academic concerns in a professional and supportive manner. - Stay current with developments in the field of education and in the subjects being taught. - Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings. - Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices and share best practices. - Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. - Provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns. - Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.
