Position Overview
Plan International seeks a qualified Public Financial Management Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with municipal level governments to improve budget planning, management, and execution for service provision
- Support accountability mechanisms in financial management at the municipal level
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working with municipal level governments on budget management and service provision
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required; Master's degree (MA) preferred
- Experience working on US Government (USG) projects is strongly preferred
