Position Overview

Plan International is seeking a qualified Public Financial Management Specialist to support anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with municipal level governments
  • Proven expertise in accountably planning, managing, and executing budgets for service provision
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
