## Title: Governance Strengthening Specialist

Plan develops customized, community-owned solutions ranging from clean water and healthcare programs to education projects, economic empowerment, child protection initiatives, and youth civic engagement. Plan International has been operating in Niger since 1998 with a presence across all eight regions of the country.

Position Overview

Plan International is seeking a Governance Strengthening Specialist to support anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working at municipal level government to strengthen accountability
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
