Position Overview
Plan International is seeking a Governance Strengthening Specialist to support anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working at municipal level government to strengthen accountability
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
