Position Overview
Plan International seeks a qualified Governance Strengthening Specialist to join anticipated USAID-funded projects focused on youth engagement and resilient governance in Niger.
Key Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working closely with municipal level government to strengthen accountability
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
