## Title: Social Media Coordinator – Real Estate

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the real estate sector. You will manage and develop social media strategies for a luxury real estate brand, creating engaging content across multiple platforms while building a strong visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Design and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and posts aligned with the company's luxury brand
  • Create compelling captions, campaigns, and stories tailored to real estate audiences
  • Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies and build content calendars aligned with project launches
  • Plan lead-generation funnels and coordinate with sales teams
  • Create themed campaigns featuring launches, testimonials, progress updates, and educational content
  • Maintain cohesive visual identity across all content using typography, color psychology, and luxury branding principles
  • Create high-quality reels, animations, and video edits
  • Produce 3D mockups, logo reveals, and property walkthroughs
  • Capture and edit professional real estate photos and videos using drones and gimbals for premium visual quality
  • Develop weekly content calendars and approval workflows
  • Maintain organized content storage and project management systems
  • Implement basic SEO strategies for YouTube and website optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management and design
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing
  • Strong portfolio of past work to be submitted with application
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva Pro
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Good understanding of Nairobi's real estate market
  • Ability to join immediately
