An established company is recruiting for a School Cook to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review menus
• Supervise food preparation and production
• Maintain stock items for food production
• Receive fresh produce as per specifications
• Forecast food production needs
• Maintain food production records
• Take stock of food stores
• Supervise kitchen assistants

Requirements & Qualifications

• Training in catering or hospitality (preferred)
• Institutional or large-scale cooking experience (advantageous)
• Valid Certificate of Medical Examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
