About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a School Cook to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review menus
- Supervise food preparation and production
- Maintain stock items for food production
- Receive fresh produce as per specifications
- Forecast food production needs
- Maintain food production records
- Take stock of food stores
- Supervise kitchen assistants
Requirements & Qualifications
- Training in catering or hospitality (preferred)
- Institutional or large-scale cooking experience (advantageous)
- Valid Certificate of Medical Examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
