An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Description
  • Developing and reviewing menu;
  • Supervising food preparation and production;
  • Maintaining stock items for food production;
  • Receiving fresh produce as per specifications;
  • Forecasting food production needs;
  • Maintaining food production records;
  • Taking stock of the food stores; and
  • Supervising kitchen assistants
Job Specifications
  • Training in catering/ hospitality preferred
  • Institutional/ Large-scale cooking experience is an advantage
  • Certificate of medical examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act;
  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
