A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. JOB PURPOSE To increase sales in the Mombasa region by managing HORECA and BNT customers, growing accounts, and meeting set sales targets. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sell and promote company products to HORECA and BNT customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and territory coverage.
  • Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, caterers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Submit simple sales and collection reports.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG sales (HORECA or BNT an added advantage).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and able to work independently.
