Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers - Ruaka at CIC Insurance

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officer. You will be based at one of our branches across Kenya, including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, or Wote.

You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Your daily tasks will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients while servicing existing ones

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance, marketing, or sales certification is preferred
