Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position offering excellent career growth opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products across multiple branches.

Locations

This position is available at the following branches: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and service clients through effective relationship building
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and client needs
• Provide expert advice on suitable insurance solutions tailored to client requirements
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Handle customer queries and concerns promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance or marketing certification, diploma, or degree

• Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
