Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers based in one of the following locations: Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, or Wote.

You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. Your daily tasks will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions. You will also prepare reports, handle customer queries, and collaborate with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or insurance/marketing certification
• Sales and marketing skills, including strong ability to close sales and meet targets
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and goal setting
• Professional ethics in all business dealings
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or insurance
