About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Relationship Officer position based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Source prospective customer leads from various sources including referrals, cross-selling opportunities, sales activations organized by the marketing team, and sales leads provided by the organization
• Explain product features to prospective customers in line with organizational guidelines and in accordance with Treating Customers Fairly principles
• Guide customers through the application process for desired products
• Authenticate customer details by verifying original documents against photocopies (National ID, Passports, KRA PIN, etc.)
• Forward completed applications to the relevant Agency Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Relationship Officer upon sign-off
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate
• Business-related course from a recognized institution
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in a related role in the financial industry
