## Title: Relationship Officer

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Relationship Officer position based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Source prospective customer leads from various sources including referrals, cross-selling opportunities, sales activations organized by the marketing team, and sales leads provided by the organization
Explain product features to prospective customers in line with organizational guidelines and in accordance with Treating Customers Fairly principles
Guide customers through the application process for desired products
Authenticate customer details by verifying original documents against photocopies (National ID, Passports, KRA PIN, etc.)
Forward completed applications to the relevant Agency Coordinator, Branch Manager, or Relationship Officer upon sign-off
Perform any other duties as assigned

KCSE Certificate
Business-related course from a recognized institution
At least 1-3 years of working experience in a related role in the financial industry

Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office and internet skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders from varied backgrounds
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
