We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and manage profitable asset-focused customer relationships
  • Grow the Bank's asset portfolio through new business development and cross-selling
  • Structure and manage asset-based financing solutions aligned with client needs
  • Prepare and manage high-quality credit proposals and support the full financing lifecycle
  • Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risk
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications: & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' banking experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in assets marketing or relationship management, or strong banking
  • sales experience managing asset portfolios
  • Proven expertise in credit analysis and management of borrowing clients
