## Title: PPC Expert - Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified PPC Expert to join our team. This role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive profitable leads and bookings for the travel industry.

Salary

KSh 25,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage seasonal and promotional campaigns including holiday travel and peak season promotions
Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel tracking
Monitor daily campaign performance and manage budgets efficiently
Conduct destination and intent-based keyword research

Requirements

Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Minimum 2+ years managing PPC campaigns
Proven ability to drive leads or bookings profitably
Deep understanding of funnel-based advertising
Deep understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
Deep understanding of travel customer buying cycles
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and remarketing audiences
