Manager – Bancassurance at Jubilee Insurance

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Bancassurance Manager. You will be responsible for executing our Bancassurance strategy, driving sales growth, and managing strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Execute the Bancassurance strategy to align with overall business objectives
• Identify potential partner banks and financial institutions
• Continuously assess and improve Bancassurance processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Drive operational excellence by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement initiatives
• Analyze Bancassurance sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct customer needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance solutions

Partnerships & Operations

• Establish and manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions to promote life insurance products
• Cultivate and manage productive relationships with partner banks and financial institutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings in the Bancassurance sector
• Manage allocated Bancassurance retail portfolio to meet retention targets and increase premium and lives volume

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive life insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel
• Set sales targets and develop sales plans
• Promote life insurance products and services to bank clients
• Leverage the bank's customer base to expand market reach

Training & Development

• Coordinate with product development and training teams to equip bank staff with necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote life insurance products

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare regular sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide insights to senior management and utilize data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies
• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all Bancassurance interactions
• Address customer feedback and concerns promptly
