## Title: Direct Sales Representative

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Direct Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in both asset and liability portfolios
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience
  • Actively promote bank products through participation in product campaigns
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including door-to-door sales, to expand the customer base
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and services
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Relevant academic qualification from college or university
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with customers
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills for discussing prices and sales terms
  • Thorough understanding of banking products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support
  • Proven sales experience or background in client relationship management (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
