## Title: Customer Support Field Engineer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Field Engineer.

Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, with strong field operations and data centre support exposure
  • At least 4 years' experience in fixed infrastructure, VoIP, Transmission, and IP environments
  • Proven experience in DWDM/OTN/WDM/SDH environments
  • Hands-on experience with data centre systems, including power, cooling, patching, and cross-connect management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage network inventory, spares, and documentation systems
